Off the Beet-en Path This week’s CSA bag features Verduna Alba white beets—a delicate variety grown by Farmer Starter student Bethany (@bethanyrreed). She chose them to try something she’d never seen before, and we’re so glad she did. These sweet, tender white beets bring a mild, refreshing flavor and won’t stain your fingers like their red cousins.
