✨ 4D Recovery Facilitates Contingency Management Program ✨ 4D Recovery is proud to spotlight a powerful new partnership: a 12-week Contingency Management group at the Richmond Clinic. This innovative initiative, facilitated by Adrian Burris, our Washington State Recovery Services Director, offers evidence-based, peer-led recovery support for individuals navigating substance use challenges. Meeting twice weekly, the group is designed around core principles of motivation, accountability, and positive reinforcement. Each session begins with a structured check-in—where participants share their name, a feeling word, and their willingness to engage—followed by thoughtful discussions focused on behavior change, self-reflection, and personal progress. With a curriculum expanded to 24 dynamic sessions, participants have the opportunity to build deeper connections and strengthen their recovery momentum over time. Adrian Burris brings more than seven years of peer support experience to this role, rooted in his own recovery journey. His leadership creates a safe and empowering space for individuals to explore change and celebrate growth. “We’re creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and motivated to show up—not just for the group, but for themselves,” says Adrian Burris. “That kind of consistent encouragement can be a game changer in recovery.” As a pilot program, the group also serves as a platform to collect valuable research data that will help shape future recovery support services. By combining lived experience with structured, evidence-based methods, this project reflects 4D’s ongoing commitment to innovation in recovery care- and working with across systems. Stay tuned for updates as we track the outcomes of this exciting initiative!!! At 4D, we believe recovery should be accessible, responsive, and rooted in real experience—and this partnership at Richmond Clinic is a shining example of that vision in action. (fb)
