We are a 15-acre sanctuary for rescue animals in central NC. We give a life long home to animals in need, with a focus on senior and special needs animals. Bovata Gardens Sanctuary is a 15-acre animal sanctuary located in Julian, NC. We are a 501c-3 non-profit animal welfare organization. Our mission is to give a life-time home to neglected, abused, abandoned or otherwise unwanted animals. Bovata Gardens Sanctuary is a 15-acre animal refuge located in Julian, NC. Our mission is to give neglected, abused and otherwise unwanted animals a high-quality lifetime home in a healthy and loving environment. We also work with other animal welfare groups to provide foster homes for animals in transition, and we provide outreach and education to the general public to advocate for animal rights and improving animal welfare laws. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare, rescue and outreach organization.
