Heart of West Michigan United Way is seeking a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the development of a Disaster Recovery Design and Implementation Plan. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and initiating the implementation of a comprehensive disaster response program for Heart of West Michigan United Way. The goal is to build a scalable and sustainable framework that ensures timely, coordinated, and equitable disaster response and recovery efforts across Allegan, Kent, and Ottawa counties. This program will identify existing processes within communities and gaps in disaster response. The current project timeline includes consultation to occur in June 2025, process development to occur June 2025 through November 2025, and report presentation to occur by December 31, 2025 Visit our website for more information.
