FUNDS WERE USED FOR/TO THE SCULPTOR, FOUNDRY, CASTING, CONSTRUCTION, ERECTION, AND THE STATE OF ARIZONA. THE STATE OF ARIZONA MANDATES, UNDER STATUTE, A FEE THAT IS REQUIRED TO ALLOW PLACEMENT OF A STATUE ON STATE GROUNDS. ADDITIONALLY FOR THE EDUCATION ABOUT AND/FOR THE EVENT THE REQUIRED INSURANCE, CHAIR RENTAL, PRINTING OF PROGRAMS, FANS, AND PODIUM RENTAL FOR THE ERECTION CEREMONY/EVENT ON MAY 4TH.
