Much of Erwins history revolves around the mill. In fact this former Denim Capital of the World holds a yearly fall festival called Denim Days which celebrates the towns rich heritage and association with the mill. Denim Days is proudly coordinated and sponsored by the Erwin Area Chamber of Commerce and our wonderful partners.
