For the Love of a Boxer Rescue & Sanctuary, Wallace, Michigan - was founded in 2013 as Ruff Start Boxer Rescue. To rescue, provide medical attention, rehabilitate and eventually rehome puppy mill boxers from commercial puppy mills located throughout the USA. We provide foster homes the education and resources to successfully work with these dogs, to help them to become pets, after living their entire lives in cages as puppy machines. We spay and neuter all the dogs that come through our rescue, breaking the pattern of generating hundreds of puppies into the world as they previously did in the mill.
