Join us August 8-10, 2025 for the 14th Annual Vermont Summer Classic at Little Fenway in Essex, VT. 30 teams, 350 players, over 2000 in attendance. Our mission is to support millions of kids and adults with Type 1 diabetes (T1D) and to help improve SLAMT1D, Inc. is a nonprofit organization supporting children, families and adults living with T1D (Type 1 diabetes)
