Welcome to Casa Familia – Exceptional Housing for Exceptional People Casa Familia Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating sustainable enriched and affordable housing communities with features amenities and services designed to benefit adults with Intellectual Developmental and Other Related Disabilities. Defining the Problem The greatest fear shared by all parents of children with special needs where will my child live and who will take care of him when I am no longer able to. Creating a Solution Safe affordable residential communities with features amenities and services that will provide adults with Intellectual Developmental and Other Related Disabilities the opportunity to live independently in their own home.
