The Golf Classic is the CMGMF's primary fundraiser of the year, and the CMGMF Board of Directors is committed to providing a fun, but meaningful, event to all who attend the Golf Classic. Since the CMGMF was established in November of 2014, the CMGMF has awarded over $200,000 in scholarships to deserving high school students and college student veterans in Virginia, Texas and and Maine. Greetings, The 11th Annual CMGMF Golf Classic is now officially scheduled for Friday, September 12, 2025. Mark your calendars. This year's Golf Classic was an overwhelming success in all aspects. The previous record for the amount of money raised for the GC was $40,000; this year's GC raised over $56,000. The success of this year's GC would not have been possible without the outstanding support of our donors, sponsors and golfers. The support of the staff at HB was simply exceptional. A special thank you to Chasity Jones (Bookkeeper/Manager), Karla Platz (Restaurant Manager), Chad Lynn (Head Golf Pro), and your staff for going above and beyond to ensure this year's GC was a 1st class operation from beginning to end.
