Since 1973, the Rock Creek Foundation provides treatment and support for Marylanders with mental illness and developmental disabilities via day programs, group homes, and supported employment. We strive for a better world for people with disabilities. HABILITATION SERVICES TO PEOPLE WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION FOR PEOPLE WITH SEVERE AND PERSISTENT MENTAL ILLNESS.
