Peace House Community (PHC) is a nonprofit organization based in the Twin Cities, dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment for economically challenged and marginalized individuals. Since its inception in 1985, PHC has been a beacon of hope for those facing social and economic dislocation.

Peace House Community began its journey in 1985, founded with the understanding that people's spirits and souls needed to be nourished and healed. It became a ministry of listening to the stories of those who had no one to listen to them. In 1999, PHC became a nonprofit corporation, and around the same time, the property was donated to the organization. Following the passing of its founder, Sister Rose, in 2002, volunteers and board members continued her vision. A significant development occurred in 2013 when PHC relocated to a new custom-built facility after negotiating with a nonprofit housing developer. The organization further professionalized its operations in 2018 by hiring its first manager.
