TO PUBLICLY PRESENT ART EXHIBITS, WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS AND PROGRAMMING FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES, CULTURES AND BACKGROUNDS WITH A FOCUS ON ART OF FRANCIS LEE AND FLORENCE PAGE JAQUES, AS WELL AS LOCAL ARTISTS.
