We are community-based, non-profit organization that helps those struggling with mental illness better their lives by providing material assistance Friends are mental health advocates who, through Friends' initiatives, provide material assistance to Loudoun residents experiencing disabling mental illnesses, speak out as activists to help end discrimination, and sponsor educational programs to make the community aware of mental health issues.
