OEDDO Cambodia Our Mission The Orphans Elderly Disabled and Development Organization was created to serve orphans the elderly individuals with special needs and the poorest families in the Angkor Chey District in the Kampot Province of Cambodia. In addition to supporting the residents of our center OEDDO supports community members through programs such as growing food for hungry neighbors transporting HIV positive individuals to medical appointments and providing English computer and sewing classes free of charge.
