Revitalize and reform the community by educating, motivating, and building self-esteem in every eligible youth by training them to become successful licensed professionals and leaders of tomorrow. Community Cuts Outreach and Barber Academy aims to reduce the number of juvenile dropouts and delinquents by matching them with an adult mentor who will provide the youth with a sense of community as well as personal and professional life skills.
