Founded in 1966, Horizons Unlimited offers residential and vocational opportunities to adults with disabilities. Providing opportunities for our Horizons family to develop their full potential in a positive atmosphere. We offer vocational, residential, and social opportunities to individuals with disabilities to encourage independence and community integration in Emmetsburg, Iowa.
