THE OBJECT OF THIS CORPORATION SHALL BE TO ANNUALLY HOLD A FAIR IN FLOYD COUNTY, IOWA, TO FURTHER INTERESTS IN AGRICULTURE AND TO ENCOURAGE THE IMPROVEMENT OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS, LIVESTOCK, ARTICLES OF DOMESTIC INDUSTRY, IMPLEMENTS, AND OTHER MECHANICAL DEVICES IN FLOYD COUNTY, IOWA.
