Mission CEMHC is a community base agency who services elderly veterans homeless individuals and individuals who challenges the epidemic of mental health substancealcohol abuse and HIVAIDS trauma stigma judgement. We continue to set the standard with a qualified strong knowledgeable caring team who understands that the individuals we serve needs the tools to be better informed through education training communication empathy unity intervention and prevention. This allows them to become selfsufficient individuals emotionally mentally physically financially and spiritually. We Care For All We understand at times we may experience hard times.
