PAINT YOUR HEART OUT TAMPA is a one day volunteer effort to paint the homes of the low income, elderly residents of Tampa. Once a year since 1988! Paint Your Heart Out, Tampa is a city-wide program that enables citizens, businesses, clubs, and organizations to lend a helping hand to low-income, elderly citizens in our community. Over the past 25 years, volunteers and sponsors have given of themselves to paint the homes of more than 2.500 grateful and deserving homeowners.
