THE PLAN ASSIGNS CLAIMS FROM PERSONS CLAIMING AN ENTITLEMENT PURSUANT TO KY RS 304 SUB 39 TO SERVICING INSURERS. THE SERVICING INSURER INVESTIGATES AND PAYS VALID CLAIMS. THE PLAN REIMBURSES THE SERVICING INSURERS FOR CLAIM PAYMENTS PLUS EXPENSES. (SEE SCHEDULE O)MEMBER COMPANIES ARE ASSESSED ON AN ANNUAL BASIS FOR THE AGGREGATION OF CLAIM PAYMENTS PLUS EXPENSES.
