Memphis Leadership Foundation: A Christian Inner-City Ministry The Memphis Leadership Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-denominational outreach ministry that 1) brings together people of good will and faith to address some of Memphis' biggest challenges; 2) incubates,supports and brings to fruition new ideas/programs that address needs in under served inner city neighborhoods and; 3) builds the leadership/management capacity of grass roots and urban non profit leaders in our city.
