The purposes for which the Corporation is organized are: 1. To foster mind-body wellness, primarily through instruction in the art of Aikido, the Way of Harmony, and Aikido-based programming, in an accessible, family-friendly, safe, peaceful, and joyful environment; 2. To remove barriers rooted in language, poverty, disability, and history of trauma by integrating diverse individuals and through the promotion of inclusivity; 3. To promote other activities which develop mind-body wellness, such as yoga, tai-chi, and meditation; 4. To support the full Five Domains of Well-being: social connectedness, safety, stability, mastery, and meaningful access to relevant mainstream resources;
