Internships are more than just work experience—they’re opportunities to learn, grow and build connections. Chloe Peschau, a recent graduate with a business administration and accounting double major from Pierson, IA, did just that as an intern at Williams and Company this past semester. Through broad exposure to both tax and audit practices, she gained valuable insights into the field while seeing her classroom education applied directly in the workforce. Growing up in a small community, she appreciated the opportunity to assist farmers and small business owners within the agricultural sector, making meaningful connections and supporting the businesses that are vital to rural communities. Chloe’s hard work and dedication have paid off, as she recently accepted a full-time role as a staff accountant at Williams & Company. (fb)
