We promote and support the growth and development of women and men in all fields of the aviation industry. We are dedicated to providing networking education mentoring and scholarship opportunities for women and men who are striving for a challenging and fulfilling career in the aviation and aerospace industries We are a taxexempt organization as described in Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. We are included under the Women in Aviation International Group Ruling.
