The Council of Chelsea Block Associations Working daily to improve quality of life for those who live work in and visit Chelsea. CCBA the Council of Chelsea Block Associations is comprised of fifteen Block Associations and four Tenant Associations covering seventynine blocks in New York Citys Chelsea neighborhood. Our Associations work every day to improve the quality of life for those who live in Chelsea for those who work in Chelsea and for those who visit Chelsea. Our member Block Associations are spread throughout the area running from the north side of West 14th Street to the south side of West 30th Street and from the west side of Sixth Avenue to the east side of Twelfth Avenue.
