Bluegrass Ambassadors is the non-profit arm of the Henhouse Prowlers focused on cross-cultural connections and applying it to music education schools. Bluegrass Ambassadors is the non-profit arm of Chicago-based band, Henhouse Prowlers. We seek to share the stories & cultures of the Earth’s people through music. Our Mission is to educate and inspire through the cultural exchange of music. Our Vision is to provide unique educational programming that blends global folk music traditions with cultural awareness and understanding. Our Core Values Education should be available to people of all economic backgrounds. Music binds us all together as a species. Cross cultural collaborations definitively break down misconceptions and misunderstandings between people of all persuasions. Diplomacy isn't just for diplomats. We've seen firsthand how simple conversations among people of different cultures fosters understanding and empathy.
