About The Maryland Association of Nonpublic Special Education Facilities MANSEF is a network that collaborates with nonpublic special education facilities in the state of Maryland United States. It was established with the intention of raising the standard of educational services offered to kids with special needs and fostering successful advocacy on their behalf. DCASE was an association of private schools that offered special education services to District of Columbia kids.
