Monroe Boat Club - Home Welcome to the Monroe Boat Club. The Monroe Boat Club MBC was chartered in 1945 through a merger of Monroe Yacht Club founded in 1868 and Bolles Harbor Boat Club. Individuals from each club came together as a group interested in boating volunteering and fellowship. Our members continue to volunteer their time and talents to improve our infrastructure and fill our calendar with great events.
