Connecting Kids & Building Relationships that Change Lives by Providing Programs that offer a Consistent, Safe & Predictable Environment, Unconditional Love & Support and Hope for the Future REACH Newtown exists to: PROMOTE a sense of compassion, empathy, integrity, and social accountability among our children. PREVENT any child from feeling alone, forgotten, undervalued, bullied, or hopeless. We fulfill this mission by: PROVIDING curriculum-based mentoring programs that emphasize positive character and social development. OFFERING a range of hands-on learning opportunities from youth wellness to fine arts to academic enrichment and athletics. SURROUNDING at-risk children with individual, research-based care and support services. CREATING opportunities through outdoor expeditions that promote inquiry-based learning, social skills, self-confidence, teamwork, and the importance of setting and achieving personal goals.
