We take a multi-faceted approach to helping Charleston’s homeless & connect each family + veteran with resources to help address their situation. Military Community Connection (MCC) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization whose mission is to unite the Veteran population with their local communities through opportunities in employment, housing, sustainable agriculture and coordinated access to resources and services.
