Welcome to Pennsylvania Avenue Village East, Inc Pennsylvania Avenue Village East Inc Welcome to Pennsylvania Avenue Village East Inc Photo Gallery About Us Our History Pennsylvania Avenue Village East was founded in 2005 after reading an article called Beacon Hill Village for seniors in Boston MA. In January 2008 we incorporated in Washington DC and received our tax exempt under 501 c3 of the Internal Revenue Code. Pennsylvania Avenue Village East launched its program April 2009. Our Mission Pennsylvania Avenue Village East is a communitybased nonprofit organization whose mission is to organize seniors to serve seniors 65 and over who lives alone without family so they can live a safe wellbalanced independent life in their own homes as long as possible.
