IS A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION THAT WILL CONDUCT AND MANAGE THE CHARITABLE FUNCTIONS OF AUTOMOBILE DEALERS ASSOCIATION OF MEGA MILWAUKEE, INC., A WISCONSIN NON-STOCK CORPORATION ("ADAMM"). CHARITABLE DONATIONS WILL BE COLLECTED FROM BOTH THE MEMBERS OF ADAMM AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC AT CHARITABLE EVENTS, SUCH AS THE ANNUAL AUTO SHOW GALA, AND WILL BE PAID OUT BY ADAMM CHARITABLE FOUNDATION, INC. TO VARIOUS SOUTHEASTERN WISCONSIN CHARITIES.
