PhilosophyReady4Change (R.4.C.) believes that problematic substance use is the result of a complex interaction between psychological, spiritual, and social factors that are unique to each person. We believe that a higher power others than self can sustain clients from their additional behaviors. Furthermore, R.4.C. believes that positive change is possible, no matter the circumstances. Ready4Change (R.4.C.) is a certified State Drug Med-Cal Provider. Our services are as followed:Ready4Change is an (OP) Outpatient treatment provider serving within Del Paso Heights, Rio Linda and North Highlands communities. Programs include: OP: Gender and age-specific individual, family, and group sessions are offered in an outpatient setting, ranging from one to three hours weekly, for a minimum of 12 weeks.
