Father Dickson Cemetery is rich in American history and was officially listed in the National Register of Historic Places on October 6 2021. Our History As one of the first public cemeteries available to Black people in the St. Louis area Father Dickson Cemetery was the site of 12000 burials before it closed in the 1970s.
