We refuse to believe that the progressive compassionate community and leaders of Tyler and Smith County will settle for another catch and kill shelter. We believe in building a no kill community. We believe that our community is just as good as the 300 communities who have already done so. We believe the people of our community want to set an example to others including our own children and grandchildren that all life is to be valued.
