North Dakota Horseshoe Pitchers Association The purpose of the NDHPA shall be to provide an orderly means of horseshoe pitching by all members and prospective members in the State of North Dakota and throughout our area of influence to cooperate with the National Horseshoe Pitchers Association NHPA and other State Horseshoe Pitchers Associations in the achievement of common goals and to cultivate the welfare and enhance the happiness of its members. The association shall have unlimited power to engage in and to do any lawful act concerning any or all lawful business for which associations may be organized. This association shall have perpetual duration.
