Improving the health and healthcare of all residents residing within Stanislaus and Merced counties. LHE makes grants to help Merced and Stanislaus counties become the healthiest in California. LHE is not a hospital or healthcare provider. To improve the health and healthcare of all residents residing within Stanislaus and Merced Counties (19 specific cities and zip codes) under Legacy Health Endowment's (LHE) jurisdiction, by increasing access to various healthcare services and educating people about healthy lifestyle decisions. Our objective is to dramatically improve the quality of life within the Greater LHE Community by bringing together resources, expertise, vision and the belief we can – and will – make a difference.

FEATURED INITIATIVES Patients Assistance Fund Legacy Health Endowment has launched a fund of up to 125000 to support individuals with cervical cancer or adults recovering from kidney transplants facing costly medical bills. Jennifer Larson Healthcare Hero Award The Jennifer Larson Healthcare Hero Award recognizes local individuals who contribute to healthcare out of genuine altruism without seeking personal gain. Sonja Cares Were providing 1500 residents with free healthcare access that works on their time with no strings attached.
