The Mission of the Paul Laurence Dunbar Group is to ensure the sustainable development of the municipality of East Spencer through public/private collaborations to maximize the use of community resources. We seek to engage the residents to restore the vitality of this community by documenting its rich history, promoting its economic potential, and engaging in community-based goal setting.
