Our mission is to inspire and model possibility and change in healthcare. Sojourns exists for a healthier community at a cost that the community can sustain. This means that: 1. Our care is accessible to the greatest degree possible. 2. Our patients receive high quality, patient-centered, integrative healthcare. 3. Our clients are educated and empowered to make informed healthcare choices, and take responsibility for their health. 4.
