supervises OWI's projects which include the distribution of free wheelchairs in the Philippines, Cambodia and other destinations, a water reservoir in Sulu-PH, two major seaweed farms for industrial Carageenan, and expanding group of sustaining AG projects, creating jobs and AG products.
