Going Home II Going Home II Help for the journey back to a bright future. Going Home II helps incarcerated people prepare for and actualize a successful return to the community by providing tailored guidance and support through material resources transitional housing and personal and professional mentoring. The organization also works with community stakeholders and families to build resilience through relational repair.
