Car Enthusiasts On A Mission | Foundation Blue Inc. We are a nonprofit 501c3 dedicated to supporting automotive technology students with scholarship opportunities. Giving Tuesday Your donation will go directly to our mission of supporting students enrolled in automotive technology programs across two colleges. New England Institute of Technology NEIT andHarrisburg Area Community College HACCEvery year we give around 10000 between the two schools and they are distributed to students in many different ways. As you all know our vehicles are no longer just in need of mechanics but technicians.
