To accomplish this URC works alongside public and private partners to plan and implement projects focused on economic revitalization and job creation in downtown Flint and surrounding areas. Through acquisition and maintenance of key properties enhancement of public infrastructure or in some instances blight removal URC can positively influence key developments throughout the downtown area.
