TO THAT END, MEDIUMS AND PRACTICES THAT ADDRESS THE WHOLE PERSON - MEDITATION, SOUND, BREATH, MOVEMENT, MUSIC, WRITING, PAINTING, DRAWING AND OTHER VISUAL ARTS - ARE OFFERED THROUGH CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, AND INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS.
