At Tamassee we believe in families and our recovery and education programs empower mothers and their children to find lasting freedom and wholeness. Starlight at Tamassee offers children and their mothers in recovery a faithinfused familycentered therapeutic community with holistic evidencedbased traumainformed services. Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains Tamassees campus provides a safe and loving home to families during the two year residential program.

Navigator Afterschool students recently celebrated a joyous occasion as they welcomed little Raven into the world. The Tamassee community extends their heartfelt gratitude to Crystal Chavez for generously providing the eggs that the students have been diligently caring for over the past couple of weeks. Under the guidance of Jennifer Holland, the students have been observing the fascinating stages of chick development inside the incubation chamber.
