The Institute for Transportation & Development Policy works with cities worldwide to bring about sustainable transport solutions that improve urban life. Promoting environmentally sustainable and socially equitable transportation worldwide ITDP’s mission is to promote environmentally sustainable and equitable transportation in cities worldwide. ITDP works to achieve transportation and urban development transformations that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and pollution, while boosting social inclusion, equity, and urban livability. ITDP is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization incorporated in Washington, D.C. in 1985 and headquartered in New York City.
