Super Hero is the inspiration and founding cat behind Super Hero's Animal Hydrocephalus Society SHAHS SHAHS is a non-profit rescue society & sanctuary dedicated to rescuing cats with Hydrocephalus & concomitant disorders, founded in July 2015. We provide all of our cats with quality medical specialty care with some of the top-ranked specialists in the United States. In addition, we provide education, networking with all top veterinary neurosurgeons in North America & maintain a financial grant program through which we award limited financial assistance to families, rescues & shelters with animals that are currently diagnosed with or suspected of having Hydrocephalus or any neurological disorder. We also act as an information clearinghouse, providing guidance & resources about Hydrocephalus in animals to anyone that needs direction.
