"Empowering all Dollz!" "to give young dollz ages 4-17 of all diversities, the opportunities to explore their inner beauty, while educating them on self-identity." A Power House Doll is a Determined, Obedient and lovely leader. Our organization was established as a 501(C) (3) non-profit organization in August 2014. Power House Dollz originated in Waco, Texas and we have recently expanded the program to serve the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Power House Dollz is an organization that focuses on empowering young girls ages 4-17 of all diversities. Our desire is to make a change in the life of our girls by providing workshops that will focus on building self-esteem and leadership skills. These workshops are designed to help each young lady grow into the beautiful DOLL (Determined, Obedient and Lovely Leader) she is, inside and out. We are eager to make a difference in the community by engaging in community outreach at least once a month. Our goal is to lead by example by helping the dollz focus on education, career choice, pursuing their dreams, and to learn the importance of assisting others through mentorship.
