News

We’re excited about this week. Behaviorist and Great Pyrenees expert Roman Gottfried will be here with our featured dogs. Roman will cover adopting seniors, which will apply dogs you already have. What are the differences, and what you should be paying attention to. He will cover their common nutritional needs, orthopedics, dental, and even one you may not know about. Have you heard of Canine Dementia? It’s also known as Canine Cognitive Dysfunction. Are you stuck at home because when you leave, your dog destroys your home, or something in your home? Is it separation anxiety, or boredom? Peanut is one of our featured dogs with GPRRUM in Utah, has symptoms. He hasn’t destroyed anything, but he cries and carries on. Does Peanut have separation anxiety, or is he bored without a job? Roman is an expert in both behaviors, we’re excited to hear what he has to say about it. Teddy with GPRS will join us from Washington. Teddy is around 2 years old. He’s a surrender because of human health issues and treatment. He’s good on the leash, and his foster mom says he’s a real cuddle bug. His bio will be ready soon. https://www.greatpyreneesrescuesociety.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=21471069 Peanut with GPRRUM in Utah will join us. Peanut is about 5 years old and gets along with just about anything that breaths. He does well on the leash and loves his car rides. Peanut will do best with someone that’s home more often than not. You can read more about Peanut on his web page. https://gprescuerum.rescuegroups.org/animals/detail?AnimalID=21472763 We hope you can tune in and join us.
